QuantumDigital Anti-Spam Policy

QuantumDigital, Inc. has instituted a zero-tolerance Anti-Spam Policy. QuantumDigital may periodically update this Anti-Spam Policy to reflect our ongoing interest in reducing unwanted email and/or misuse of email distribution services. Please check this page often for our most current policy. Any customer found to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms and Conditions will be barred from using our email marketing system.

The QuantumDigital email marketing system is designed and intended to be a permission-based email marketing application. This means that our customers must obtain permission before sending emails to their recipients, and/or have an ongoing customer-vendor relationship in which the recipient expects to receive emails as part of that relationship.

If you are a recipient who has received unsolicited emails from one of our customers or have reason to suspect that one of our customers is sending unsolicited emails, please notify us at abuse@qdgoldb.com and we will investigate the issue. We are very serious about eliminating abusive email practices, so we investigate and respond to every complaint. If a customer has violated our policies, they will be banned from using our system.

As part of our policy to encourage responsible email marketing efforts, QuantumDigital has identified the following practices that will cause our customers to be banned from using our system:

• “Harvesting” or collecting email addresses from websites. Using lists of emails collected by harvesting or related techniques. Buying or renting lists of email addresses belonging to people who did not give you permission to send emails to them.
• Any attempt to defraud, deceive, abuse, misuse, misappropriate, manipulate, or exploit our system, intentional or otherwise.
• Any attempt to send unsolicited emails through our system or any other systems or processes.
• Any attempt to forge or falsify email headers, addresses, or other parts of an email.
• Any repeated attempt to send emails to nonexistent email addresses, indicating purposeful sending to bad addresses, or negligent management of your email list.
• Any attempt to misrepresent your identity to your recipients
• Sending emails containing misleading or deceptive information.
• Sending emails with offensive, pornographic, distasteful, insulting, or inappropriate content, or messages that are considered “hate speech”, or emails that could be considered to ”incite violence“.
• Violating the CAN-SPAM act.

QuantumDigital also strongly recommends taking the following actions to keep yourself from being labeled as a source of spam by email providers, and potentially being blocked from sending emails:

• Only send messages to recipients who want to receive your emails and have asked to be added to your email list.
• Purge or “scrub” your list regularly. Remove people who do not open or respond to your emails. QuantumDigital will automatically remove emails from your list that bounce twice.
• Make it easy for your recipients to contact you by including contact information within your email.
• Include content in you emails that are relevant to the recipient.
• Use an email address that you check frequently as the “FROM” address. Some recipients will have challenge/response filters that may require you to click a link or reply to an email in order to deliver your email. In addition, you will want to monitor this account for any replies for complaints from recipients. Removing complainers will improve deliverability.

Nothing in this policy is intended to convey any rights or privileges. Failure to enforce this policy does not constitute a waiver of any rights nor render the policy invalid. QuantumDigital reserves the right to enforce any part of this policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and our Terms of Use at any time.
